Distribution Assistant

We are seeking experienced administrative staff to join our growing team.

As support to senior staff, this position will:

Navigate multiple websites and software programs to facilitate a variety of forms necessary to process benefit payments. Benefit coordination requires communication with participants and Plan Sponsors along with monitoring daily e-mails, faxes and telephone calls. Experience desired in the pension field but will also consider work in the financial industry, bookkeeping and benefit claims.

Essential skills:
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Capable of learning to utilize specialized software programs.
  • Good verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a deadline driven environment

  • Higher education, or in pursuit of one
